Installation of Steam Pipes

China Sanjiang is pleased to inform that Xing Xing, a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has made a one-off connected transaction agreement with Jiahua Energy Chemical Company regarding the installation of steam pipes in relation to the upcoming supply of high pressure steam to the Group. It is expected that the installation of steam pipes would be completed by the end of October 2014.
