Commencement of Commercial Operation of the Fourth Phase Ethylene Oxide Production Facilities

The fourth phase ethylene oxide production facilities with designed annual production capacity of 100,000 MT for ethylene oxide has completed the full-load trial run and was put into commercial operation on 24 February 2013. Thereafter, the Company’s aggregate designed annual production capacity of ethylene oxide will be increased by 43.5% from 230,000 MT to 330,000 MT.
